Dr. Fay Maureen Butler, Social Media Strategist for Ministries, Pastor, Author and Ministry President is the fourth child of the Late Rev/Attorney John L. Butler and Dr. Fay Ellis Butler. A graduate of William Smith College, she has also received two Masters Degrees and a Doctorate, all from Columbia University. Since 1985, she has worked in higher education; most of her tenure has been in various leadership and management positions within Student Affairs at The City University of New York. Dr. Fay is an evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and in 2012, she was appointed by Bishop Charles E Blake, Sr to serve as Board Member- All Saints Bible College- COGIC.
Dr. Fay is a ministry builder. She is the Founder and President of Huldahs House Ministries, Inc which Includes Healing and Deliverance Crusades and The EMPOWERMENT ZONE. An Entrepreneur, Dr. Fay has created DrFayMaureenRadio and she hosts the nationally syndicated web radio show: Top of The Morning. She has recorded spoken word and prayer CD’s produced by “DrFayMaureen Radio”. She is the Founder and President of Go Tell It Communications Consulting: A Social Media Strategy Company Corp. Her Social Media Savvy and Expertise has opened many doors for her. Dr. Fay, a fourth generation member of COGIC, is the Founder and Pastor of Upper Room International Ministries COGIC. She loves the church and is serving as subcommittee chair for the Job Descriptions and Remunerations Committee for the General Assembly of COGIC and she is a Missionary for COGIC Missions and has traveled to Central and South America.
Most Importantly, Dr. Fay is Saved and Filled with the Holy Ghost and desires to win thousands of souls for the Kingdom. In her spare time, she likes to cook, cross train and read. She is known for her easy smile, even disposition and laughing a lot. Dr. Fay is a Breast cancer survivor often declares “I don’t look like what I have been through”. She is a daughter, sister, aunt and mentor to many.

Dr. Fay has had a distinguished career in Higher Education including serving on Evaluation Teams for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and facilitating workshops for organizations such as: The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), The College Board and The National Council on Black American Affairs-NortheastRegion (NCBAA). She has published presentations and papers, available on academia.edu and is a member of Faculty Row.
DrFayMaureen is her brand. Dr. Fay has carefully created a brand that is highly respected across many social networking sites. She is known for her daily inspiration, joy and sound wisdom. She also blogs and publishes a newsletter...her signature is simply #DrFayMaureen.
Dr Fay is a cooking enthusiast and has demonstrated versatility in the kitchen; Having learned southern cuisine from her mother and sisters..she has also developed a knack for creating healthy tasty dishes using "whole foods". She loves to run and to cross train.
